Born with a congenital disability called femoral dysplasia, James Roberts never let his disability stop him from achieving greatness. Transitioning to adaptive sports he made two paralympic games and multiple world championships. He shares the challenges along his journey and how overcame them. On this episode he shares his issues with anxiety and some of the strategies to accept it, as well as how his mindset shifted from young athlete, to elite, to coach.
