This is a simple series of stretches that can help you if you’re dealing with any acute low back pain.

Having personally compressed a disk, and gone through months of rehab, this is a series I continuously use.

Many clients who come to work with my do so because they want to exercise but have had previous injuries that make them cautious. Many of them also find relief through this series.
